Christmas 2008 I hope all of you had as wonderful of a Christmas as we did with our girls. We stayed at my mom's through the holidays and opened more presents than I can count...and ate more calories than I care to count. Well, we did anyway. The girls were entirely too busy to bother themselves with eating. I don't think they had a full meal in 3 days. |

Shreveport 12/23/2008 Jim and I got to go to Shreveport with Kim and Jarrett on the Wednesday before Christmas. We left the girls with my mom and took off that afternoon. We had such a great time! We stayed at the Horseshoe in Bossier City. The hotel room was very nice! We had a wonderful time driving, chatting, dining, gambling and of course drinking...I am pretty sure there was drinking. None of us won any money but we had a great time anyway. We hope to go back next year! |

Christmas Party 12/6/08 We went over to the White house for a Christmas party. The girls had such a good time. They were exhausted by the time we got home. They didn't get in bed until 10pm...that was enough to give me a nervous breakdown but I did well...especially since they were so well behaved. It is so amazing to see our kids interact with our friends' kids . They are all so special and of course VERY beautiful. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful children and their parents in our lives. |

Thanksgiving 2008 We headed to my mom's Thurs morning to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful lunch with all of our family. The girls had a blast getting away with everything they wanted! Jim, Sarah and I snuck off to Texarkana to catch a movie that night (Twilight, the 3rd time for me...heehee) and see Matt's new house (which was VERY cute!). The next day we were planning on taking the girls to the Scrapper game but it was too cold and wet. We should have gone...maybe the scrappers would have won! |

Landry's 1st Birthday Party 10/11/08 The one time baby of our group, Landry, turned 1! I still think of her as a tiny little thing, but shes moving, grooving and leaving babies in her dust. Shes a total doll, and we can't wait to spend more birthdays with her! I didn't get very many pics but wanted to post the ones I did get (and a few of Joel's that I loved!) Happy Birthday Landry! |

Maranda Sue is here! 10/19/08 Maranda made her grand entrance yesterday (MY BIRTHDAY) at a whopping 6lbs 10oz and 19 1/4". She is SO beautiful. I was able to meet her today at the hospital. Sounds like Penney had one hell of a day yesterday, but she has a gorgeous baby girl to show for it! Congrats Jared and Penney!! |

Spencer Preston is here! 10/03/08 Kelly had her beautiful little boy today at 3:45pm. He is 22 3/4" long and 9lbs 13oz. Kelly and Chris are so excited and so is big sister Reaghan. I went to the hospital last night and got to meet him. He is a doll. Congrats Kelly, Chris and Reaghan!! |

Maranda Davis' Shower 10/03/08 We had a shower at work for Jared and Penney Davis' soon to be little girl, Maranda. I missed out on taking any pics at their personal shower so I tried to make up for it today. Congrats Jared and Pen!! Can't wait to meet your little one...

Ark Game 08/30/08 Mom and Hix gave Jim and I their awesome seats for the Razorbacks opening game! It was our 5 yr wedding anniversary too so that made it very special. After a nice dinner in Fayetteville, we headed to Mel's mom's house to hang out before the game. It was a great time! And a great game too! |

Dinner for Kel and Baby Spencer 08/22/08 To celebrate the upcoming arrival of Spencer White, all the girls and Joel and Alex took Kelly to Shogun for dinner, presents and cake! We can't wait to meet little Spencer! |

Crystal Beach, TX August 4th-8th My dad and aunt Patti went and bought the coolest beachhouse! We loaded up the kids and went down there for a week. We had an amazing time! Even the hurricane that came through for a day didn't slow us down. The girls had a blast, and Sydni loved the beach. Averi wasn't that crazy about it but next year she will be I think. It was so great to hang out and relax with my family. We love you guys! Can't wait to do it again! |

Missouri July 17th-20th We went to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri this weekend. Jim's family from Iowa/Nebraska met us there. We had the best time. We took the kids into town each morning. We did an indoor amusement park one day then putt putt the next (Sydni's first time! Averi and I were shopping so I don't have any pics of that!). In the afternoons we would head up to the pool to swim. One day Joe got a boat for us to use for the afternoon...a first for Averi! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back! |

Norman Visit June 20th-23rd Grandaddy and Grandma Trish came up for a visit this weekend. It didn't take long for Sydni to warm up to them. Averi. on the other hand, always the momma's girl was glued to my hip! We had a great time playing by the pool most of the weekend, but we did go downtown for some fun and dinner on Sat night. We can't wait to see them again at the beach in August! YAHOO! |

Branson June 15th-17th, 2008 Jim and I loaded up the girls and went to Branson for a couple days. We did the Landing Sun afternoon. Then went to Silver Dollar City Monday morning with some outlet mall shopping that evening after the naps. Tuesday morning we had to do Silver Dollar City again. Sydni was so cute on the rides, and we wanted to get video of it. We only did pics on Monday. We had a great time and can't wait to go back! The weather was awesome and the Davis' told us of a really great hotel. Enjoy the pics! We had a blast... |
